Just a sorry

Just a thought:
I wonder how sensitive the kids are...this little girl, pushed by her friend, mistakenly stepped on my foot. Without an expression on my face, I just told her to take her seat. After that she remained silent throughout the class. And this is what she did when I was about to leave.
We often make grave mistakes, rarely realize it and seldom apologize. And when we do, it's often too late.. We turn our backs towards the most dear ones thinking that "If he/she doesn't want to talk, then let it be so" ... we often give up fixing things...and walk away. We know that just a sorry can mend everything, but we avoid saying it to protect our sub-consciously dominant ego.
Our hearts DO shrink as we grow up... and kids DO have a bigger heart. heart emotico
